Copyright 2001 by Mhel®		 Drawn using Pentel Oil Pastel (really cheap colors but good smudge quality) on a Canson Watercolor Paper. One of my favorite colors to use, oil pastels produce rich colors and textured drawings with it's clay-like consistency. Like with PSP, I enjoy blending colors by rubbing color over another color (like layers) to get the color I want.
