Preparing
the Color Palette: Below are the colors used in each part of
the tutorials. If you are very good at working with colors,
then you probably don't need this. If you know how to add customized colors in
PSP, then you can just add each of the colors below to the palette.
Another
way to prepare the colors is to open a New Canvas in PSP and
draw a row of squares (or any shape) filled with colors
you will be using. When you start working, just open these
colors and use the INK DROPPER (or COLOR PICKER) Tool.

After this tutorial, it doesn't matter
whether you end up with a not so good first attempt or a much
better result. The idea here is to understand how to use the tools
( and other features ) and how to apply them in a more creative
way other than they were originally intended for.
